Delivery, return and refund policy
Delivery time from the moment of purchase:
Next day delivery in Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi. (via courier)
Al Ain, Ras al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain – 2-3 working days. (via courier)
Our shipping policy:
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Jumeirah, Marina, Jebel Ali– delivery charge 120AED.
Abu Dhabi-300 AED. Ras al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and other cities – delivery charge 250 AED.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Is it possible to order express delivery?

What payment methods are available?
In our store you can pay by Cash Or bank transfer.
Is there a weight limit to the items I can buy online?
We do not have any such restrictions.
Can I cancel or exchange an item during delivery? If yes, will I have to pay extra?
You can cancel your order. It is also possible to exchange items that have not yet been opened. Additional payment is made only in case of exchange for more expensive goods.
Do you have a guarantee?
We give 3 months warranty on some specific items purchased from us.
Can I cancel the order before the scheduled delivery date? If so, how will the refund process work?
You can cancel the order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
In what cases if there is a problem with the product after delivery can I expect: an exchange/repair/return of the goods?
Before assembly, you can count on an exchange or refund.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
We accept returns within 3 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
If the problem occurred while using the product, you must send us an email with pictures and a full description of the difficulties encountered to: info@everestfurnitureuae.com – address needed. Everything can be repaired except mechanical damage to the upholstery and structural elements.

If I have the wrong item delivered by mistake, will the item I paid for be delivered to me as a priority?
Yes, of course. If this happens, we will prioritize your paid item for delivery.
Can I choose a convenient delivery time?
Your delivery wishes will be taken into account when ordering.
What if I was unavailable at a delivery time I had previously selected as a convenient time?
We will call you back and arrange a convenient time for redelivery.
