We do understand the inconvenience a canceled order may cause you and do apologize if such a situation arises. Orders may get canceled for the following reasons.

• In rare cases, the order might still be in pending verification status with our payment gateway partner. If no resolution is reached within 2 working days then order gets automatically canceled and amount refunded to you
• On our quality inspection, we find the product is damaged and don’t have the same item in stock
• Or the items are out of stock 

• We offer free express shipping and installation for all orders above AED 2000/- anywhere in the Dubai. For orders below AED 2000, please find our shipping policy below.
